Nature of the Resource

This is a private reference service, not a public office. It does not store official jail, police, court, or corrections records, confirm a person’s custody status, release anyone, or file documents. It points visitors toward relevant Washington County and Oregon record systems and independent search tools.

Oregon public-records rules, including ORS 192.314 and ORS 192.345, govern agency access and exceptions. They do not make this private resource an official records custodian.

Acceptable Use

Use the resource lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not violate any law or regulation.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use content for a decision prohibited by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the resource or a linked service.

Consumer Reporting Limits

Washington County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this resource. You agree not to use its information or linked tools for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Hiring, firing, or promotion decisions
• Tenant or housing screening
• Creditworthiness or insurance-premium decisions
• Licensing, permit, or government-program eligibility determinations
• Any other use governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Links and Partner Services

The resource may link to jail custody portals, booking-event pages, sheriff and corrections resources, court portals, legal-help materials, federal locators, and outside search services. Those services are operated independently. We do not endorse or control their content, data practices, availability, results, or terms of use.
